April 4th Cacao Lunch!
I brought back some really special cacao from Costa Rica’s Talamanca mountains and I want to share it with you!
Join me for a sweet and connective morning. We’ll learn a bit about cacao history, taste the earthy, organic cacao, and end with a delicious Heart Food Song lunch!
It’s going to be fun!
***A quick note: This is not a cacao ceremony. It’s more about sharing curiosity, appreciation, and explorations of this incredible food. You are welcome to bring your own cacao research, thoughts, and discoveries.***
